I had a great experience at this dealership over the weekend. I had already leased a Jeep here a couple of years ago, so we decided to check it out again since my boyfriend was on the market for a new car. James Richey is the sales rep who helped us initially, with support from John and Ryan when it came to financing/paperwork. This team made us feel extremely comfortable and confident in our big purchase, which could’ve easily been a stressful and intimidating experience for a young adult. Prior to coming here, we had browsed a couple of other places where the vibes were just off. We were overwhelmed with aggressive sales pitches and even reps sneakily gathering personal info to run credit before we’d even looked at a car. The experience at Diehl of Moon was night and day from that. At the end of the day, people buy from people and I’m already planning to come back to this team for a third time at the end of my lease.

I bought a used car here and it was priced well and thoroughly cleaned before I looked at it. There was an issue with one of the door handles and I asked if they could fix it. The service manager was not available, but they agreed (in writing) to lower the price if the service department wouldn't be able to do it. I did not feel pressured to buy extra stuff and the process of signing the paperwork in the finance office was smooth and quick. When I picked up the car it was spotless and had a full gas tank. Overall, this is one of the best car-buying experiences I've had and I think this is an excellent dealership.

Easy to stay in contact with the sales representatives, they are quick to respond and cooperative with any concerns you may have. Welcoming environment! Brandon was my salesman and he was easy to talk to and wasn’t pushy at all with what budget we were working with. Friendly and great communication.

Everyone here was great! James was an awesome guy and really took the time to work with me and settle on a deal. Lisa was also great & made the finance part of the process super easy. There were some other guys I spoke to during the process JC & Nas who were also super chill and down to earth. Overall great place with some great people!

No it doesn’t transform, but everything went well, Mitch D. dropped everything he was doing that day to make sure I had the car I saw. This car is a welcome addition to our other two Jeeps at home.

Drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle and we could not come to terms on price, but the experience was professional, and Mitch was great. Update: Mitch went to bat for me and got me an acceptable deal on the vehicle I looked at the day before. The whole Diehl team were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership.
